Hi we are constantly getting the above error when trying to access an employee card file via reports. Also we are unable to open the same employee card file (Account Right closes down). This is the 3rd time this has happened in the last month.
Currently on support call but not getting the help I need.
FYI
The last 4 digits of our serial number is 0729.
Company File ID is 1.
