(DataNotUniqueError): More than one EmployeePayrollDetails exists for employeeId

Hi MYOB, I can't access one of our employee's card file. It has also affected the Team Portal and App as neither Approver or Admin can now approve timesheets for this employee. From other threads it seems other users also experience this after checking a tick box that askes 'Save for future payruns' during a payrun. How to fix asap please?

    Thanks for sending through the error log. I see you’ve run into an issue where AccountRight gets a bit confused opening that employee’s card after changes are made to their setup. I’ve run a repair script on the file linked to this email, so you should be able to open that employee card without any trouble now.

     

    If it pops up again, you can also get in touch by logging into My Account and lodging a support ticket, or by chatting with our team via MOCA, our virtual assistant, who can connect you to live chat.
