It's great to hear your Payroll Register Summary and Activity Summary reports are all lining up. That's a solid sign your data's in good shape. Leaving the two employee cards won't cause and hiccups when it comes to lodging STP for the end of the financial year. You're good to go with lodging exactly as it is. No extra work needed on your end.
