Duplicated payments in Accountright from Superstream

Hi,   when I create Superstream payments it creates a payments in Accountright.  Then when the actual payment is made it creates a second payment through Bank Feeds creating a duplication.   How ...

Hello FCA-R

It appears that you have a rule setup to deal with the Super when it appears in your bank feed. I suggest that you delete the rele and then the bank feed should match the myob recorded payment ready for you to approve. if it does not appear ready to approve then I suggest you click on FIND.
