Employee Card File

I'm trying to update a Employee Card in Account Right.  It keeps coming up with the same error - something went wrong.  I have the latest version, i have shut down computer and restarted Account Right - makes no difference.  Can someone help please?

      Nothing has changed - still same error occurring
