Hi StephanieVergar,
Thanks for your post. Please allow me to extend to you a very warm welcome to the Community Forum. I hope you find it a useful tool. I understand that you are having difficulty finding the missing employee in single-touch payroll reporting, and we truly appreciate your effort in checking on your end to fix this.
Generally, this often happens when the employee has the Employment Basis field set to the status of Other (Not Reported). To check this, you would need to go to Card File command centre >> Click on Card list >> Click the arrow beside the employee's name >> Click Payroll details tab >> Update the Employment Basis to a different status than Other (Not Reported) >> After correcting this, you will need to Send an Update Event to the ATO.
Please don't hesitate to post again if you need help in the future.

Hi StephanieVergar,
Thanks for letting me know and apologies for not getting back to you sooner. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
I have taken a look at your account, and I can see that you are using MYOB Business Pro. This product does not have a card file option, which would explain why you are not able to find a button for it. Is this the account you are referring to?
If it is, for this product, you may go to Payroll >> Click employees to see your employees card file. If you are looking for customer cards and supplier cards, you may go to Contacts >> Click All contacts.
Feel free to post again anytime you require further assistance.
If my response has answered your enquiry, please click "Accept as Solution" to assist other users find this information.
Cheers,
Leneth
