Employee missing from EOFY
Hi, There is an employee missing from the EOFY Finalisation tab under single touch payroll reporting, i have created a report pack but it doesnt show either?

Thanks for letting me know and apologies for not getting back to you sooner. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
I have taken a look at your account, and I can see that you are using MYOB Business Pro. This product does not have a card file option, which would explain why you are not able to find a button for it. Is this the account you are referring to?
If it is, for this product, you may go to Payroll >> Click employees to see your employees card file. If you are looking for customer cards and supplier cards, you may go to Contacts >> Click All contacts.
