Employee Pay History. All employee history is showing as Zero. In other words pays are not being recorded in the Employee Cardssds.Am I doing something wrong, or is there a setting to fix this?

    Thanks for your post.

     

    Please confirm in which window you are checking the pay history of an employee. When checking the pay history of an employee, kindly go to Card File > Cards List > Employee tab, and then click the employee name > Payroll Details > Pay History. From that window, you should be able to view the pay history of an employee throughout the payroll year. You will have the option to have it dated monthly, by quarter, or year-to-date. You may refer to the screenshot below.

      Hi Doreen, 

      Thank you for  your reply This resolved my problem.

      I was using the tab "history" in the employee card rather than the line item

      I now know the right way to get a history !
