This problem is caused if a Superannuation fund on the employee card is changed incorrectly, which means that if you have opened and edited the details of the Superannuation fund by clicking on the arrow on the left hand side in the employee card as shown, then all the employee's connected to the Fund Record would be changed to the new fund:

To avoid this, we recommend that the new fund is added in the software first by following the steps given below:
- Open the Fund List (List Menu > Superannuation Funds)
- Edit and Confirm their funds details as necessary.
Once the fund details are all confirmed:
- Edit the employee card and change the record that is selected using the drop down arrow on the right hand side.
