The errors in your report would be just rounding and as his annual leave entitlements were paid out when he resigned they should be returned to zero
As a casual employee he is not accruing any sick leave or annual leave.
I would go into the entitlements tab of his card and delete the carry over figure - if you can't do this do a balance adjustment to make it zero
