Entitlement Balance Report Summary does not match Card

I would like to find out if a resolution was ever found for this post: Entitlement Balance Report Summary does not match ... - MYOB Community

As I have the exact same issue that is affecting one leave category for one staff member.

It seems that the Opening Hours balance on the Entitlement Balance [Summary] report is stuck on the same figure since the 1st August and does not change even if hours are accured and/or taken.
