Just to clarify, did you tick the box to show the entitlement on pay advice before or after the payslip was generated? Hello Doreen. Yes i have tried everything. I ticked the box well before i generated the payslip.
I cant even modify the payslip to include another field box?
I cant get anything other than standard items and tax to show up on payslips. All other items - sick leave, holidays, redundancy, etc dont show on the payslip and they all have the box ticked to show on payslip.

If you're still having issues with entitlements not showing on pay slips even after making sure that the option to print on pay advice was ticked, I highly suggest getting in touch with our live chat for further assistance as this may require thorough investigation.
