Error when submitting pays through STP
We are receiving the following error when trying to submit a payroll file through STP (attached). We cannot see what the error is - any clues what the issue here could be?

This error can occur when a substantial number of employees are submitted at once. To mitigate this, we suggest submitting employees in smaller batches, such as the first batch of 10-20 employees followed by subsequent batches. This method can prevent system overload and reduce the likelihood of errors during submission.
Additionally, we advise clearing your browser's cache and history or attempting to log in from a different browser. If the issue persists, it's recommended to reach out to other users and verify if they encounter the same problem when submitting payroll through STP (Single Touch Payroll).
