It seems you're facing an issue where the Fair Work Information Statement and Casual Information Statement are showing as "NA" in the employee details PDF after using MYOB’s self-onboarding. To resolve this, ensure that the employees completed all sections of the onboarding process, particularly those statements. Try clearing your browser cache or using a different browser, and make sure your MYOB is up-to-date. If the problem persists, manually confirm with employees if they've acknowledged the statements. Did you get any resolution on this issue of the Fair Work Statement and Casual Employment Statement not being issued to new employees?
The response you were given by 'Earl' (which I suspect is an AI generated response) was useless.
This issue has been happening for several months - probably since about the time you put up the question.
I just created a new employee using an email address that I have access to, so that I could go through the onboarding process myself, and there was no link to the statements in the process. It is obviously a fault with the system.

MYOB Onboarding does not give any options around accepting (or otherwise) the Fair Work Statement and/or the Casual Employment Information Sheet.
This has been happening for some months now. Please get it fixed.
It is very frustrating when a supposedly automatic system is not working - especially when there could be serious consequences for the employer if the Information Sheets are not supplied.

Can someone MYOB please repsond to this as this is still happening and requires fixing ASAP to meet ATO payroll obligations.

Hi MichaelaJohnson,
The NA under Fair Work information usually appears if the option for it isn’t checked under general payroll information. To fix this, I recommend making sure the "Include Fair Work Information Statement during employee self-onboarding" option under general payroll information is checked.
