File Error

I have an employee card frozen in a company file. The usual remedy is to 'run a script' over the file, could someone do that for me please?

 

Company file serial number ends in 9022

 

File ID is 17.

    Hi Aushotels,

     

    Thanks a bunch for sharing your account info! You're spot on—this issue can be fixed by running a script. I've already taken care of that for your company file. Just log out and log back in, and that should resolve the issue with your employee card.
