Help! Entitlement Balance does not match Card Balance

Dear Earl, I just tried again and I can't private message you for some reason. Now it is saying I've sent too mahy private messages!!

I cannot get the info you need through private message.

 

I get an error message saying HTML format problems followed by you have sent too many private messages. Any ideas why this is happening? Is it a format thing? Your name seems to be highlighted as an error.

 

Very frustrating.
