Hourly Rate
Why is my staffs hourly rate calculating incorrectly????
Should be Gross $2,412.48 using $43.08 per hour
but showing $2,299.22 which is $41.0575 per hour
I have to manually change it it has only happened since August

Hey lyndell,
What you're experiencing with hourly rate may cause confusion but let's get you back on track. Could you please check each wage pay item linked to the employee to ensure that the option to automatically adjust base hourly or salary details is not ticked? This might be causing the issue. Just head to Payroll > Employees, click on the employee's name, and under Payroll details, check each allocated wage pay item.

I checked all payroll details, and none have had the automatically adjust base hourly or salary details ticked.
I Just completed a payroll on Tuesday, and it happened again just to the one employee.
