Incorrect Member Number

We have an employee with signature super fund (AMP0195AU) we have previously used the ATO clearing house with no issue with their member number, now while trying to pay through pay super it is saying...

Hey SDMR,

 

You can reach out to the super fund first and confirm the member number, especially since it’s a mix of letters and numbers. If everything checks out and you’re still hitting that error, contact our Pay Super team on paysuper@myob.com and they’ll help you get it sorted.
