Issue paying Super - ABN rejected ?!

Good morning, first time poster here as there seems to be NO OTHER WAY (I can't phone anymore ??!)

 

In paying staff Super I received an error message that our company ABN was incorrect - it wasn't.

Then I received a message stating the Super Fund ABN was wrong - it isn't.

 

I searched for way too long looking for a help number like the good old days - no luck.

 

So here I am...

 

Anyone have any ideas!?

    Hi JEGAN

     

    It's awesome to have you here in the Community Forum. Sorry to hear about the trouble with the ABN error messages when paying super. Let's get that sorted out for you. I'd recommend recreating the super fund within your file and linking it back to the employee card. Once that's done, give the super payment another shot—it should do the trick.
