Leave balance adjusting in payrun

Hi Tom05, 

 

If you switch off  "Automatically Adjust Base Hourly or Base Salary Details" on the wage category you use to pay the leave, any changes you make in Employment Hero imported data won’t automatically update the rate. You can jump into that wage category for the leave and toggle that option off. That’ll stop the rate from changing when you adjust the hours.

    The automatically adjust is on and I want the base rate hours to change but it is not changing.

     

    The base hour rate is 76 hours and if they take one day leave, when I run the payroll it brings in the 7.6 hrs as leave but leaves the base at 76 hours. When I manually insert the leave hours it automatically changes the base hours. How can I get the import to do the same.

      Thanks for clearing that up. If it’s the hours that aren’t updating from Employment Hero, it’s likely something on their end. Best to reach out to their support to get it sorted.
