Mercer Smartsuper being rejected
I have had two super payments made to Mercer Smartsuper following the closure of BT super deposited back into my account. I have tracked the employee they belong to, but do not know why this occured. I have checked with Mercer that all details are true and correct, and advised to contact MYOB to explain. I have no notification from MYOB that there is an issue, the funds just appeared back in my account
What do I do know to pay my staff member their overdue super, and fulfil my obligations ?
