Missing payroll for an employee from 4 months ago

Hi

 

I have just started to do the payroll for the employees for our company which is passed from my supervisor to me. Upon reconciling the payroll account, I noticed for one of the employees, payment has been made on 16/08/23 but it there is no payrun done for the employeee for that particular week. I have already checked through the payruns for that employee but it seems only that weeks payrun is missing. 

 

I am wondering now will it effect on anything if I process an individual payrun for that particular week to match up with the payment done for that period. Since, we are on Jan 2024 will it affect on my future reports. 

 

Any help on this matter is highly appretiable
