You’re definitely right to be cautious about not double‑paying super. If the amount has come out of your bank but isn’t showing in the Manage payments window, try adjusting the date filter to cover a longer period of processed super payments.
There weren’t any known display issues around that time, so the next thing to try is clearing your AccountRight cache, as that often cleans up odd behaviour. If the transaction still doesn’t appear after that, have a look at your Superannuation payments report. It'll show any super contributions that have been paid for the employee and date range you choose.
