This is the second month in a row, since the payroll update by MYOB, that my monthly payroll has reported a zero payroll for STP for all of our monthly employees. I definitely did a new pay run, and confirmed the dates for the payroll were 1/5/2024 to 31/05/2024. Can someone from MYOB have a look please???

If the year-to-date (YTD) figures are correct and match the payroll register report and summary of payments for each individual employee, then there should be no issue even if the STP reporting is zero. The STP report line items may display as zero if the report treats the pay run as an update event, which usually happens when the pay date is earlier than the date the pay run was recorded. The STP report will automatically categorize the pay run as an update event in such cases. If all other reports show accurate values, you won't have any issues with your data.
Nevertheless, you may also send us a screenshot of each report to better understand the issue as it might require further investigation. This will also help us to check what could be the reason of the discrepancy.
