MYOB Account right pay super invalid employee Membership number

Hello,

 

I am using MYOB pay superannuation for the first time in a clients file and one of the employees member number is being rejected ("you need to enter a valid employee memeber number for this employee") . I have used the same details (employee member number / USI / ABN etc) previously through the HESTA Quicksuper portal with no problems and have had these details confirmed by the fund.

 

The fund is Perpetual WealthFocus Super Plan USI PER0068AU ABN 41772007500

 

Can you please help me with this problem.
