MYOB ACCOUNTRIGHT - Payroll onboarding PDF View disappeared

Good morning, 

 

This morning the Accountright Payroll Onboarding "View PDF" option has disappeared when trying to save/print an employees submitted details? 

 

Can you please advise why this has occurred and if this is an ongoing change?

    Hi SusanHi

     

    You’re right, the View PDF button for self‑onboarded employees has recently gone missing in AccountRight (desktop and browser). This is a known issue the team is working on, not anything you’ve set up incorrectly.

     

    In the meantime, you can still see the employee’s details by running the Employee Employment Details report in Reports > Payroll > Employees and filtering for that employee.

     

    If you have a few employees affected or things don’t look right, it’s worth getting in touch with our support team so they can review your file and link it to the investigation. You can reach out by creating a ticket on the My Account window or connecting with live chat through MOCA.

    Hey MichaelaJohnson,

     

    There hasn’t been any comms to suggest this is an intentional or ongoing change, and no confirmed explanation yet as to why the View PDF button is missing in the desktop version. You can still view the PDF by logging in through the browser version of AccountRight. If you need another copy, Flare can also regenerate the PDF for you.

    We have the same issue also with AccountRight Desktop the view PDF Button is missing and I have gone to the browser version and it's not there either.  This has occurred this week and only for our new self-onboarding employees.  Is there a bug again?

    Thank you Genreve, I had already saved the employees details from the Reports menu and logged my enquiry with the myobteam.

    On 05.02.26 we sent an email to MYOBteam, we received their response on 24.02.26 and 26.02.26 mentioning they are actively investigating this behaviour, and our case has been attached to the investigation so they can update us as soon as there’s progress or a fix deployed.  They are unable to provide an exact timeframe but it has been raised as a priority with their product and platform teams, and they’ll keep us updated as soon as there’s any change. 

     

    We mentioned our concerns re Fair Work compliance purposes as we save these pdf files as documented proof that the FWIS and CEIS were provided to the employee, and the employee consented to receipt, including the relevant date and time stamps.

    We also sent an email to Flare on 05.02.26 and still waiting for their response.
