MYOb Accountright Superannuation Payment Error

I am trying to pay my super and keep getting the attached error : "It looks like this service is unavailable right now.  Please try again later."  This has been for multiple days now - is there an issue with MYOB and super payments or is it an issue with my system.

    Following this thread as i too am having the same issue, i recently sent document in to have my payment limit increased and i have had this issue since being notified it had been updated.

    Payment threshold increase did not work for me, even splitting the super payment totals into 2 amounts was not successful.  Have lodged a support case.

    anyone else have any success?

    Hi SDMR,

     

    Since increasing up the threshold didn’t get things moving for you, a quick workaround is to process the super in smaller batches to see if that gets the payments through. If that still doesn’t behave and you haven’t logged a support case yet, it’s worth lodging one via My Account, so your file gets flagged as affected and you’ll be notified as soon as there’s a fix. If you’ve already submitted a case, you’re all set and don’t need to send another.

    Same unfortunately, i tried both to no avail. No response as yet to my lodged case

  • I have logged this via telephone on Friday 23 January 2026.  Case no:  02793519.  Any updates yet?

    i wasnt advised there was a resolution but kept trying and had success. Good luck!
