MYOB Error when trying to open one employee card

Hi,

I try to open an employee card but MYOB give me error code. Could you please help?

Message:
(Unknown): ShowUIView(CardDetail,...,...)

    Hi NoraHu, 

     

    Thanks for your post. There is a script we can run over your file to resolve this, can you please confirm the last 4 digits of your product serial number and file ID of the file (This can be found by going to Help > About MYOB AccountRight) so I can arrange this.
