MYOB SHUTS DOWN WHEN TRYING TO CREATE A NEW CARD IN TIMESHEETS

Since the latest update install we are unable to create a new customer when entering timesheets. we are able to create the customer in the card file but this is clunky and not efficient.

    So that we can investigate your issue further, could you please produce the error again, then locate your diagnostic log, and attach it to your reply?

        Hi Brett_PSS,

         

        Thanks for sending that through.

         

        Looking at the logs, this will require a script to be run over the file to fix it. 

         

        Could you please confirm the last 4-digits of your serial number + the Company File ID this relates to? (Help>About MYOB AccountRight)
