MYOB shutting down when edit employee card

Im wanting to edit an employee card and MYOB is shutting down "something went wrong" Attached is the details  of error I have been trying for the last two days

Sorry but i am not going to hang onto the phone for over 45 minutes

The serial number of our file is: **********1 and client number is ******0

Name of the file is (New) Greenphase Pty Ltd
