Myob Team App - Can't set new password or Create New Account

Hello,

 

We have been using Myob Teams for a while now without too many issues, but recently, one of our employees has be unable to log into her app.  I have tried removing her from the location and then re-adding her.  She receives the invite email, but when she tries to login, she can't. She has tried setting a new password, but she never receives the email with the code (has checked spam etc).  She has tried to create a new account, but in won't go through to the set-up screen and just returns back to her phone screen.  I tried on my iphone too and it is doing the same thing.

 

Can I please get some help in sorting this?

    Our warmest welcome to Community Forum, thank you for posting. 

     

    If your employee could not log in and you could use the application without issues. Most likely it's his/her login that has the issue. 

     

    It could be that he/she has issues with her password or 2- factor authentication. If this is so please send me a private message containing your

    • Serial number 
    • Full name and email address (for the user that has issues)
    • Company name

    for us to further assist.

      Hi Genreve

       

      We are having the same issue - staff receive their instruction email but when they click on "Create new account" the MYOB Team app just crashes.  We have tried several staff across multiple days.  

       

      Please help?

        Thank you for the post. Please try to uninstall and re-install the application. If the issue persists. please try to restart your mobile phone and let me know how it goes.

    We are having the same problem. My employee tries to setup new account and the app just crashes. It is doing it on my phone too so not just the new employees phone. Please help urgently.  Is there another way to set up the account?

      Kindly follow the instructions provided by the Isaiah_C to fix the issue. Also, make sure that you've downloaded the latest version of MYOB Team App. Please let me know how it goes.
