Myob Team App - Can't set new password or Create New Account
Hello,
We have been using Myob Teams for a while now without too many issues, but recently, one of our employees has be unable to log into her app. I have tried removing her from the location and then re-adding her. She receives the invite email, but when she tries to login, she can't. She has tried setting a new password, but she never receives the email with the code (has checked spam etc). She has tried to create a new account, but in won't go through to the set-up screen and just returns back to her phone screen. I tried on my iphone too and it is doing the same thing.
Can I please get some help in sorting this?
