No card files accessible in 2023.4

I upgraded my AccountRight company files for two businesses yesterday to 2023.4 after being prompted by MYOB popups. Now none of the Cards will open - Customer, Supplier, Employee, etc. I have to run payroll today and have amendments to make. When clicking the blue arrow the line just greys out and does nothing.

 

So I have a 3rd company file that is still 2023.3 and it works fine!

 

Need this resolved urgently please.

    • Serial number
    • Business name
    • Company File ID (Help>>About MYOB AccountRight)

        Hi, file is closed, please let me know once I can have another try.

  • I'm having the same issues with my file and need urgent help.  I was on the phone to MYOB for a total of 4 hrs on Monday and someone was supposed to call me back.  I need to process backpays and it shows as $0.00.  Also can't open some of my employee cards.  Please help!
