No push notification for approving managers after leave is submitted
Hi Team
We’re currently testing MYOB Team as part of a payroll system review and have a question around leave approval notifications for managers.
According to MYOB documentation, approving managers should receive a notification in the MYOB Team mobile app when an employee submits a leave request.
However, during our testing:
Employees can submit leave requests successfull;
Leave requests appear correctly in the manager’s MYOB Team app / portal when they log in;
Phone notification is on;
However, NO push notification or alert is received by the approving manager at the time the leave is submitted.
At this stage, managers only see the request once they actively open the app, rather than being notified.
How can we get this fixed please?
