Since the fund isn’t showing in the list, the best next step is to reach out to our live chat support through our virtual assistant, MOCA, or submit a case via My Account so they can check this further for you. When you contact them, it’ll help to include the fund name, ABN, USI, and a copy or screenshot of the notice your employee provided.
