Onboarding Issue - Failed to send email

Hello

 

We are continuall receiving 'Failed to send email " 

We couldnt send the invite to your employee.  The business file may be missing required payroll information.

 

There is no missing information that we can see.

 

Any ideas on how to fix this

    Thanks for your post, and welcome to the Community Forum.

     

    My apologies for the late response. Thank you for providing a screenshot of the error message. In this matter, you will need to first enter your business's general payroll information (Setup menu >> General Payroll Information). Kindly check if you have this filled out if you're also receiving an error that you have missing payroll information. As a workaround, please try going to the browser version or app.myob.com (Payroll >> Employees) and sending the employee self-onboarding there.
