Sorry for the late reply. That does sound confusing, especially when the employees are seeing the “all done” message but the card is still waving the In Progress flag. A good first step is to open the employee cards and check whether the onboarding details have actually flowed through, even if the status hasn’t caught up yet. Sometimes the status can lag behind the submitted details a little and make it look like the process is still halfway through its journey. If you’ve also tried resending the invite and it says it was sent but the employees never received it, and things are still the same, it’d be best to reach out to our support team so they can check what’s causing that and what’s happening behind the scenes with the onboarding sync.
