One employee not showing YTD figures

Hi Team

I have an employee that was with us for 3 months. At the time her payslips showed YTD figures and now that I am reconciling for EOFY  her YTD amount does not show on her payslips or her summary report for base salary only. PAYG, PubHol and super are all correct.

Does anyone know what is causing the issue and how to fix it.

    Hi CL-12071,

     

    Sorry for the late reply, and thanks for your patience. This can happen when the payslip is only showing YTD figures for the categories used in that particular pay run, which sounds similar to what you’re seeing with the base salary amount not appearing while PAYG, public holiday and super are still correct. It’s worth checking this Community post, as it covers the same kind of issue and may help: Payslip not showing all YTD figures

    Hi Sai

    I have already been to the above information. I have communicated with Moca and after it chose to connect me to a real person I had to leave.

    I am unable to access support through My Account as it comes up with a warning that I don't have access. I am the administrator and to user of MYOB in our company. When I try to get help so that I can access support I go around in the loop of ending back My Account and denied access.

    My payroll is now a mess from trying to fix the issue that I have now way of finding out how the issues was caused. Please help.
