Pay slip info

I set up a new Superanuation fund last Thursday and this fund is now appearing on my employees payslip under the Emploer Expense field.

I am not sure how it got there and do not know how to remove it as this Super Fund is a SMSF

I am sure the super amounts are being sent to the right superannuation accounts but do not know why this SMSF is on the pay slips

    Hi Nirvana007,

That’s definitely a bit unusual, especially if that SMSF hasn’t been added or linked to the employee’s super details. If this only started happening after the new SMSF was added, the most likely cause is that it’s been linked in the employee’s super setup. The best thing to check is the employee card file under Superannuation to see if it’s attached there, and also have a look at the pay run for that specific date to confirm whether it was actually included in the pay.

    Cheers,

Thanks for your reply Princess    I redid the SMSF details again as I cannot edit it and it is now showing up on everyones payslip in the superannuation catergory     Not really sure how to fix this    but thank you for your reply

    Hi Nirvana007,

It sounds like the SMSF may have been added in a way that’s now linked more broadly than intended. Since it’s showing up in the superannuation category on everyone’s pay slips, it’s best to have our support team take a closer look at how that fund was set up and linked, so they can help you untangle it properly from there. You can reach out to them via the Contact Us page.

    Cheers,
