Pay Super wont accept 6 digit verification code

I am setting up a new Pay Super account - we have received the 0.01c into our bank account and now MYOB wont accept the 6 digit verification code. It says 'sorry we're not ready to verify your bank account at the moment, please try again later'.

This message is same for days.

    Hello - I am having the exact same issue.  Did you manage to get a resolution to the problem?

      Hi- I received no response from MYOB on this.

       

      However, I happened to stumble on a solution.

      I entered an incorrect code when I was trying to get this to work.

      When I entered the incorrect code - it threw a message saying incorrect code.

      Then when I retried again with the correct code - it then accepted the code through!

      So not sure why this worked - but it completed the set up for me.

       

      Maybe this will work for you too.

        Apologies for the delayed response. It's interesting that entering an incorrect code initially seemed to resolve the issue for you. I'm glad it worked out in your case.
