Just to let people know.... i checked in with AI.  The issue is a MYOB ARPlus Pay Super problem......  couldnt get hold of anyone either via chat or phone at MYOB, so went to A1.

My employees did not disappear from the screen this time.  Weird how it was working fine for last 4 weeks, then  it flipped out.  

🎯 How to avoid the disappearing act

Here’s the workflow that avoids the bug completely:

✔ Step 1 — Enter the full month

Start: 1/6/26 End: 30/6/26

✔ Step 2 — DO NOT touch the Memo field yet

Wait until the employees appear.

✔ Step 3 — Tick your employees

Let the list populate fully.

✔ Step 4 — Only THEN edit the Memo field

Once the list is locked in, the Memo field won’t trigger a re-filter.

✔ Step 5 — Process the payment

Everything will stay visible.
