Pay Superannuation
I processed pay superannuation on 1/3/22. The funds have not been deducted from the business bank account, nor appeared in staff funds. I dont remember it taking this long before. Anyone else with this issue?

Thank you for your post.
We did have an issue with Pay Super a few weeks back which resulted in the service being temporarily disabled, this is more than likely in relation to your issue.
So that I can advise further, could you please let me know what the status of the payment is under your 'Manage payments' window?
