Hi Genreve
I also have one employee (out of 4) that has a drop in his PAYG. Nothing has changed for him or in the MYOB settings yet the amount withheld has dropped without explanation. What do I do next?

Looks like that one employee’s making your PAYG a bit trickier than usual. If you’ve already tried all the steps we talked about before, it might be time to give us a shout so we can dig a bit deeper. You can pop through a support request in MyAccount, or jump onto our live chat through our virtual assistant, MOCA.
