I'm sorry to hear about the payment summaries being reported twice. Could we please check if the final indicator is already ticked in the EOFY finalization tab?

Yes it is and now both payment summaries are marked at finalised

    Just to confirm was this a migrated from another product, and are there any duplicate employee cards in the file? Also, could we get a screenshot of how it looks in the EOFY finalization tab as a private message?
