Payrol - annual leave loading

When I pay staff annual leave loading (0.175 per hour of annual leave taken) it duplicates the Annual leave entitlement. How do I prevent this from happening. IE a staff member takes 38 hours annual leave and is paid 38 hours annual leave loading. Their annual leave accrual should be 2.923 hours but MYOB is accruing 5.8461.

Does anyone have any ideas what is wrong in my payrol setup?
