This is also happening to me too, i cant get through i've been on hold for an hour

Hi Everyone,
I'm looking into this with our teams, they have asked if you can confirm and try the following:
If the above troubleshooting doesn't work, can you try via the web browser to process a pay. Does this work ?
No didn't work (for 2 employees)
Tried just 1 pay - also didn't work
I realise you are trying, but it's a busy time for us all.
I've already missed one appointment, and have another 2 hours re-entering this data ONCE it's fixed
And trust me.........hell hath no fury like an employee not paid
Doesn't work in web browser either
This didnt work. Need this issue fixed as a matter of urgency, like everyone else, we will have 120 very angry staff if we dont get them paid today. Also been on hold for a long time

Also, please retrieve and attach the latest diagnostic log of the AccountRight file so I can investigate this with our teams.

Yes i've tried it in the browser version several times.
Pay period is Week of 27/6/22 - 3/7/22 (payment on 4/7/22 -today).
I cant see a date in my General Payroll Information - just tax table revision date 1/7/2022.
Help !!! :)
I really feel for these all of you struggling with this and the time pressures of processing a payroll.
I have managed to successfully process 1 pay. Pay period of 19/6/2022 - 3/7/2022 with a processing date of 6/7/22.
I have not tried to process all 30 at once as yet.
