Payroll Advice Report - Remove Emergency Contact

Hi all.  How do I remove the Emergency Contact Details from the Payroll Advice Report in AccountRight?

The Emergency Contact Details are automatically loaded into the Notes on the employees Card File when Onboarding has been completed.

The Payroll Advice Report needs to be sent to 3rd parties such as WorkCover QLD and should not include Emergency Contact details.

Any assistance/advice with customising reports in general would be appreciated.

Thanks

Mel

    Hi MelK1,

Thank you for your feedback. We understand that the current process of running a report that spans a long period of time can be cumbersome. We acknowledge that this is an area that needs improvement. Your suggestion to address this issue in our next software update is valuable. To ensure that your feedback is considered in our development process, we encourage you to share your ideas and specific customization requirements on our AccountRight Ideas Exchange board. This platform allows our team to prioritize features based on user feedback and enhance the overall user experience.

Your feedback will be reviewed by our development team and could potentially be included in future software updates.

If there's anything else we can assist you with, please don't hesitate to reach out.

    Cheers,

    Princess

Hi KIPG - I've had a further discussion with mailto:[email protected] - I had quite a lengthy discussion trying to point out that this issue is a compliance issue under the Privacy Act - they just kept referring to it as a "product enhancement".  The last correspondence I received indicated my Case was supposed to be picked up by the Customer Resolutions Team back in April 2026 - I've heard nothing further.  In that final response they also indicated the issue has been raised to the development team to be considered as an enhancement - despite my many indications it is a compliance issue, not an enhancement.  I'm not holding my breath for a solution.
