Thanks for checking in! When the bank file button doesn't show up, the first thing to double-check is that all employees in the pay run have a payment method selected (for example, Electronic). If even one is missing, the bank file won't generate. If that's all looking good, the next step is to clear your AccountRight cache, then jump back in and try the pay run again. This can often help refresh things if the screen isn't behaving as expected. If it's still happening after that, your best bet is to reach out our live chat support through our virtual assistant, MOCA, or submit a case via My Account.
