It seems that is the order of the day. I have not been able to record pays today; therefore, I have 73 employees who have not been paid. I also spent an hour on the phone, waiting for someone to answer, the 'hold' voice told me that wait times are expected to be over 2 hours. Can't get priority assistance until 10 July and no-one has responded to my online support request either

Hi Team,
please contact MOCA team and let them know you are having the same issues every year with the very first pay run. ASK THEM TO RUN THE SCRIP that fixed that problem. They will ask for screen shots of the error and include the very last photo with ceros.
Ask to talk to a human.
They will ask your name and last name:
Serial or ID Client:
Company ID:
Email for login reason:

Hi everyone,
Sorry for the late reply. We’re receiving a high volume of requests at the moment, so replies can take a little longer than usual. For the error you’re getting when processing pays, this usually needs a script to be run on the file to get things moving again. Aside from calling, you can also use our Contact Us page to get in touch with the support team and have that script run on your file.
Cheers,
Doreen
