Payroll Glitch

Question

A couple of weeks ago a employees payslip from April 2023 just appeared in our electronic payments list. I cant reverse it as its in a 'locked period' I cant delete it as its been sent to STP.

Not sure how to get rid of it. If I go through the process of creating the bank file its then sitting in my bank register. Totally at a loss as to how it got there and how to get rid of it. Any ideas??
