Hi Princess R, I am having that very same issue with payroll for this month. I have just had to have my IT team do a laptop reset as the last Microsoft update knocked out my Bluetooth, USB & Audio capabilities. Now that everything has been reloaded most things are working well again but I am unable to get payroll to record - same issue as raised by Melita_Jade a few months ago. I have requested help from support but I really need help as soon as I can and I've not yet heard back .... are you able to help me out? Thank you, charly
